Data Obs (Data Operation) is a BI tool that was setup in order to efficiently & rapidly query the db and generate reports for clients at any time needed.
We have created a production read-replica in order to lift the load off the main production application database. We then used AWS QuickSight to connect to that read-replica and started creating datasets that are able to solve the reporting needs.
The reporting needs were specified in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cdGaZl7R5OL7tHF6cZ8KhRwGQNGugL92lHHCIBWlGYI/edit#heading=h.b1nusr7eac71.
Credentials for this db can be found in the Secrets Manager within the Rekindle AWS organisation.
The datasets were split up into smaller chucks in order solve e.g. Organisation Wide Views (User, Groups, Enrollment), Single Enrollment Views, etc.

These dataset & analyses can be extended and modified at any time should the reporting needs for Rekindle change at some stage.
